On the inside, the flooring has a sound-absorbing surface and water repellent and non-toxic panels in organic colors. On the outside, the trendy and cutting-edge façade is enveloped by eyrise® dynamic liquid crystal glazing along the north and south sides. Incoming sunlight and heat are controlled by a wall remote control system allowing instant switching. In a warm and sunny region where solar protection is crucial for the wellbeing of a building’s occupants, eyrise® helps with reducing energy consumption and maximizing the amount of light transmitted without losing outside views.
